As a rule, once a company or partnership is registered in Thailand, the law requires at least three things: books kept during the year, tax filed every month, and financial statements closed and submitted to the Department of Business Development once a year. On top of that, an audit by a Certified Public Accountant is mandatory for every registered entity.
Just starting out, not registered yet
