Bookkeeping, the audit by a Certified Public Accountant, and online filing of the financial statements — every step. You only need three documents: the company affidavit with BOJ 5 (list of shareholders), the bank statements for the year being closed, and your online filing credentials. If anything is missing, we will show you how to obtain it.
I kept my own books all year. Can you just do the closing?
