What do I need to register a new company?

Three proposed company names, the shareholder and director details, the registered address, and the registered capital. We handle everything else, including advising on the structure that suits your business.

What does the ฿15,000 dissolution fee include?

Both stages of the dissolution filing plus DBD fees, the audit of the closing financial statements, and the newspaper announcement together with all meeting documents. (Conditions: the company is not VAT registered and has no bank account activity in the company name.)
